Asset Management

Web+Center includes a complete asset database so you can create, update and delete extensive asset information. End customers or technical staff can search and find assets based on numerous asset fields and log support cases for a selected asset from the database.

Clients such as Santa Barbara Community college use the Web+Center asset management system to track and manage and report on over 12,000 assets campus wide.   The entire school and individual departments use the system to predict,  plan and budget for multiple year computer upgrades by staff and labs.   Repairs and lost computers can all be tracked by the same system that is used to record support tickets for staff.
