Welcome to Internet Software Sciences Newsletter – #106 – December 2013
We just wanted to wish all of our Web+Center users a Happy Holidays. Each year I reflect back on how our product is built and refined with feedback from our users and want to express our gratitude for your continued support, feedback and selection of our help desk offering for your support operations. If you value our product offering, please share your support of our product and services on our new Yelp business listing with a review to help grow our community of Web+Center users.
In early 2014, we are excited to be offering a new version and new applications to handle the growing demand for mobile/tablet users while still being completely compatible with your Web+Center databases. If you want to stay informed of the new Version 8.0 beta and roll out programs, join our Internet Software Sciences Google Plus Group for daily discussions and updates of our progress.
We are glad to see a new core group of “Serious Help Desk Users” who use every part of the Web+Center software to manage several business operations from ticketing to customer surveys, asset management, account management, sales CRM and even invoicing functions. As our product functionality grows each year, we are implementing web-based options to enable or disable those new features allowing serious users to have a very comprehensive help desk while allowing other organizations to configure a simple ticketing system. Feel free to schedule a free, phone demo conference call so we can show you how to get more productivity out of your Web+Center Help Desk or how your organization might be able to use a second Web+Center installation for other departments besides IT trouble ticket tracking.
The technology world continues to change faster around than we would like, but we hope our Help Desk product can continue to service your organization year in and year out.
We look forward to another year of providing you and your organization with valuable Help Desk products and services.
Happy Holidays and best wishes for a New Year.
