Web+Center Version 8.0 beta, our newest version, is now available for download and testing on your servers.    This version is our largest version upgrade ever, by offering two brand new applications specifically for the smart phone and tablet users while offering significant upgrades for the existing applications.  To bring some piece of mind, it’s all 100% upgradable with your current Web+Center databases and your users will have  no problems navigating the changes.

Once the beta testing period is completed, we will be offering it production and allow free upgrades for licensed and supported customers.

To download Web+Center Version 8.0 Beta, simply visit our DOWNLOAD page on our website and complete the form.  We are interested in any issues you run into during the download and installation phase as we are now offering a 32 bit download and 64 bit download.  Please submit any issues via our on-line support page  or via our mobile support ticket page!

What’s new!

Let’s face it, many customers and technicians would like the option to create, update, track and manage their support issues and tickets from their mobile devices as well from their desktop and laptop computers.  Version 8.0 offers two new applications: Customer+Mobile for the customer  and Tech+Mobile for the technicians.  Each of the new web-based mobile apps can be used interchangeably with their corresponding Customer+Center or Tech+Center applications when managing support tickets or other Web+Center functions.   Support for TXT messaging notifications is now included along with other options to engage and support your customers more completely with account management features.   As always, we are providing you with 100% of the source code allowing you customization options to build the optimized business solution for your organization or business.

Production Release Coming Soon!
We are excited about our new Version 8.0 release and plan to complete the beta program fairly quickly.   As our product expands it functionality every year, we find new users who have decided to invest some time in our product and build a set of processes around our software and use it to it’s fullest abilities.  Their customers or staff come to rely upon it being up and available and consistent from day to day.  Version 8.0 will continue to provide that level of stability but have more flavors of interfaces to choose from.   We hope you too will benefit from these upgrades in the future!
