Customer+Mobile for Internet Software Sciences Support
You can now register, create, update and review your Web+Center support tickets with our new mobile app for customers called Customer+Mobile. This web-based applications provides options for registration, support ticket creation and updates, reviewing our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) knowledge base article or performing keyword or category searches into our extensive support knowledge base.
Once a case is created, your notification emails will provide you options to view and update the case with either the Customer+Mobile application or Customer+Center application.
