Newsletter 53: Crossloop Remote Control for Mac as well as PC

Welcome to the August 2009 ISS Newsletter. In a previous newsletter November 2008 newsletter, we told you about the integration of the PC CrossLoop Remote Control utility that now comes with Web+Center version 6.0.

We have been informed that CrossLoop now offers a Macintosh version of their free remote control utility so you can provide technical service for Machintosh users as well. The download and installation information links for the MAC version are listed below. We do not include the Mac download application in our program, but provide links to download from the Cross Loop site. Please visit the Crossloop.com for download and installation guides.

MAC Requirements:

CrossLoop requires OSX 10.4 (Tiger) or later, an Intel processor, 20MB disk space and 500MB of RAM. CrossLoop will not work on a PowerPC Mac

We have updated our Customer+Center and Tech+Center Remote Control launch pages with information about the MAC options now that this option is available.. One can easily update these two ASP pages (Customercenter file – RemoteControlSession.asp and Techcenter file – RemoteControlTool.asp of your Web+Center by visiting our version server pages for V6 at:
